Channel Analytics Tracker
Track a channel’s performance with period-by-period breakdowns using public video data.
Access: Menu → Research Tools → Channel Analytics, or Sidebar → Analytics tab
Input

| Channel URL or ID | Full YouTube URL, channel ID (UCxxxx...), @handle, /c/ or /user/ URL |
| Channel Name | Optional friendly name for your reports |
| Date Range Type | Predefined Periods, Custom Date Range, or Videos Published Up To Date |
Date Range Options
Predefined Periods — Select a tracking period and duration:
– Period: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
– Duration: Last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 periods
Custom Date Range — Set specific start and end dates.
Videos Published Up To Date — Shows all videos published before a chosen date with their current metrics. Useful for “what did this channel look like on date X” analysis.
Output
Two sheets are created:

Summary sheet — One row per period with: Period, Total Views, Videos Count, Avg Views per Period, Avg Views per Video. Includes a channel info header (name, subscribers, total views).

Details sheet — Individual video breakdown per period: Title, Views, Published Date, Avg Views/Day, Video Link.
Creator Growth Tracking
Track creator growth metrics over time.
Access: Menu → Research Tools → Creator Growth Tracking
Opens a dialog where you can enter a channel and track its subscriber/view growth trajectory. Results are written to a dedicated tracking sheet.
Daily Video Tracking (Pro)
Monitor specific videos day-over-day to track view growth, engagement trends, and detect viral patterns.
Access: Menu → Tracking & Automation → Daily Video Tracking
Requires Pro tier.
Setup

| Tracking Session Name | A unique name to identify this session (e.g., “Tech Reviews August”) |
| Video Selection | Recent Videos (automatic), Specific Videos (manual), or All + Manual |
| Number of Videos | 5, 10, 15, or 25 recent videos |
| Tracking Duration | 7, 14, 30 days, or custom (1–90 days) |
| Tracking Mode | Manual daily runs (enable automation via Automation Dashboard after creation) |
Analytics Options

Managing Sessions
Menu → Tracking & Automation → Manage Tracking Sessions
- View all sessions (active, completed, scheduled) with status badges
- Manually update individual sessions
- Track progress toward completion
- Resume or start new tracking from existing sessions
Automation Dashboard (Pro)
Automate daily video tracking updates with scheduled triggers.
Access: Menu → Tracking & Automation → Automation Dashboard
Requires Pro tier.
Status Overview
The dashboard shows four status cards:
– Global Automation — Enabled/Disabled
– Active Triggers — Number of running triggers
– Automated Sessions — Sessions configured for auto-tracking
– API Quota Used — Current quota consumption
Plus: Next Run time, Last Run time.

Safety Limits
- Maximum execution time: 25 minutes per run
- Maximum active triggers: 3
- Quota budget: 3,000 units reserved for automation, 7,000 for manual use
- Trigger prefix system prevents conflicts
