Create a Project
- Click Create Project in the Projects dialog
- Enter a name (e.g., “Tech Niche Q1”) and optional description
- Optionally create a separate spreadsheet for this project

What You Can Do
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Set Active | All new research associates with this project |
| Archive | Moves project to Archives/Year/Projects folder in Drive |
| Delete | Permanently removes the project record |
| View Stats | See sheet count and types (videos, channels, creators, analytics, tracking) |
Sheet types are auto-detected based on content, so you don’t need to manually tag anything.
Sheet & Drive Management
Drive Folder Structure
The Setup Wizard creates this folder structure in your Google Drive:

Sheet Archiving

- The dialog previews sheets eligible for archiving
- Select which sheets to archive
- Click Archive — sheets are copied to a separate spreadsheet in your Archives folder (organized by year), then removed from the active workbook
Smart Sheet Naming
Research sheets are automatically named with:
– Type prefix — indicates what kind of research (e.g., video discovery, channel analytics)
– Date stamp — when the research was run
– Color-coded tabs — different colors for different research types
– Organized positioning — new sheets are placed in a logical tab order
